Because I know how stressful it is to relocate, I have came up with a way to make your relocating experience easier! With my Virtual Tour Program, you can refrain from having to make several trips back and forth searching for your new home. Instead, I bring the homes to you!

How it Works...

    1. You fill out the Virtual Tour Program information form letting me know what type of home you are looking for.

    2. I perform a search of avaliable properties that meet your criteria and then send them to you either by fax, mail, or email

    3. You select the listings that are of interest to you and provide me with the addresses.

    4. I tour the homes of your choice with a video camera, making sure each and every aspect of the home can be viewed            as if you were taking the tour yourself.

    5. I send you the video of the homes and you view them in the comfort of your own livingroom!

    6. You judge from the video which homes you would like to see in person, and we schedule an appointment for you                  to view the homes at your convenience.

The Virtual Tour Program is free of charge to all of my clients! All I ask is that you allow me to represent you as your Buyer Agent in your transaction. As you may know, buyer representation is free of charge to you as well! The seller pays my commission at closing.
